Custom orders
You are responsible for reviewing the product, phone model, finish, crop, caption, quantity, and delivery destination before payment. Because products are made from your design, production may begin soon after payment is confirmed.
Colours can vary slightly between a screen and a printed product. Small placement differences that are normal for the production process are not defects.
Photos and permitted content
You confirm that you own or have permission to use every image, name, logo, and other material submitted with an order. Do not submit unlawful, abusive, infringing, or exploitative content.
Chalkag may cancel and refund an order that cannot legally or safely be produced.
Prices, payment, and tax
Prices are shown in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise. Shipping and applicable taxes are shown before payment. Payments are processed securely by Stripe and are subject to the payment method’s authorization.
Service and liability
We work to keep product information and availability accurate. If an item cannot be produced, we will contact you to offer an alternative or refund.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Chalkag’s responsibility for a claim related to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot be excluded under consumer protection law.
