Information we collect
When you create a product, we receive the photo and design settings you choose. When you order, we receive your contact information, shipping address, ordered items, and payment confirmation. Chalkag does not receive or store your full card number.
If you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive the account identifier, name, email address, and profile image that provider makes available. Apple may provide a private relay email address.
How we use it
We use this information to create your product, process and deliver the order, provide support, prevent fraud, maintain order history, and meet accounting and tax requirements.
Customer photos are used only for the requested Chalkag products and related support. We do not sell customer data or use uploaded photos for advertising.
Service providers and storage
Payments are processed by Stripe. Sign-in is provided by Apple or Google when those options are used. Shipping providers receive the information needed to deliver an order.
We keep production files and order records only as long as reasonably needed for fulfilment, support, fraud prevention, and legal requirements. Access is limited to authorized Chalkag staff.
Your choices
You can sign out or delete your Chalkag account from the account page. Deleting an account removes its social sign-in profile. Some completed transaction records may be retained where required for payment, tax, dispute, or legal purposes.
